"During the summer of 2020 I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Josh Bletzinger. The biggest improvement I saw after working with Dr. Josh was the mobility in my hips. I had been having pain in my knee for the whole year prior to working with Dr. Josh. Before seeing Dr. Josh, I was misdiagnosed by multiple doctors. After seeing Dr. Josh for one visit, he was able to diagnose me correctly and put me down a path of rehabilitation. I will continue to use the hip mobility circuit Dr. Josh set me up with for the following hockey season, as my hips continue to improve. The workout program Dr. Josh introduced me to was specifically adjusted to areas of improvement for myself. With a focus on leg strength and explosiveness, along with the mobility of the whole body.
